When you’re organising an event, no matter the size, having full control over your entrant data is vital. That’s why the realbuzz registrations Reports Builder has always given event organisers the ability to create custom reports with the exact configuration they need. However, we know that sometimes you require instant access to detailed event information and don’t want to take the time to create a custom report.
Today we’ve launched a new feature in the realbuzz registrations Reports Builder that makes it even easier to produce a wide range of reports for your event at the click of a button. You’ll now have a range of pre-built reports to choose from, covering everything from entrant information to merchandise sales figures.
You’ll find these new pre-built reports by heading over to the ‘Reports’ tab in your realbuzz registrations sidebar. Click ‘Actions’, then ‘Add report’ and you’ll be taken to a new page showing you the various pre-built reports you can choose from.
Once you’ve selected a pre-built report you’ll be able to see the data columns it contains. From there, you can add a name and description for your report, plus specify custom filtering and ordering on the columns it contains. When you’re happy with the configuration, click ‘Save’ to preview your report.
Don’t worry - we haven’t removed the capability to create custom reports from scratch. If you still want to do that, simply press the ‘Create a custom report’ button on the Reports Builder landing page. From there you’ll be able to create a brand new report and tweak it to your heart’s content as usual.
